How to Purchase a Subscription

Subscription Purchase

In order to activate your WellBe Watch or Pendant, you will need to purchase a subscription. It's quick and easy to do. 

1. Go to shop.handsfreehealth.com/activate

2. Select the device. If you would like to add Fall Detection to the Pendant or round watch, please make sure this is selected.

3. Select "Add to Cart" and proceed to check out to purchase your monthly subscription, which is payable each month. You will need your device serial number, which can be found on a sticker on the device box. The serial number is 16 characters long and starts with "230P or 230W or 230R". If you cannot find your device serial number you can contact support@handsfreehealth.com for assistance. 

4. Once you complete your subscription purchase on the site, please wait 30 minutes before activating your WellBe device.
