Adding a Provider

1. In the main menu, tap "My Health" and then tap "Providers"
2. Add the provider by tapping the (+) icon at the bottom right of the screen
3. Search for a provider or facility by inputting at least one of the following: Postal Code, Last Name or Facility, and Specialty
4. Tap “Search” and look through the results to find your provider or facility
5. Tap the (+) icon to add that provider or facility
6. Tap“I’m Finished” if you have only one provider or facility. Tap “Add Another” if you have multiple providers and go through steps 2-5 until all of the providers are added
