Downloading the App

In order to set up a WellBe device and create a profile you or a loved one will need to download the WellBe Virtual Assistant App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. 

Apple iPhone

1. From a Home screen, tap App Store
   1.  To install apps, you must sign in with your Apple ID or create one.
2.  Tap Search (at the bottom) then enter "WellBe Virtual Assistant"
3. Tap the app icon.
4. Tap GET then tap INSTALL.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app 
2. Search for "WellBe Virtual Assistant"
3. Tap the app icon
4. Tap INSTALL
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transaction
