Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from HandsFree Health:
•You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
•Only items that have been purchased directly from HandsFree Health can be returned to HandsFree Health. HandsFree Health products purchased through other retailers or websites must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policy.
•Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
How to Return an Item
To return an item to HandsFree Health, sign into your
Order Listing page with your Username and Password. Follow the steps to start your return.
Refunds
A refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. The refund will be applied to your method of payment.
Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions.
