WellBe Pendant Subscription Purchase

In order to activate your WellBe Pendant, you will need to purchase a subscription. It's quick and easy to do.

1. Go to shop.handsfreehealth.com/activate

2. Select the Pendant. If you would like to add Fall Detection to the Pendant, please make sure this is selected.

3. Select "Add to Cart" and proceed to check out to purchase your monthly subscription, which is payable each month. You will need your pendant serial number, which can be found on a sticker on the pendant box. The serial number is 16 characters long and starts with "230P." If you cannot find your pendant serial number you can contact support@handsfreehealth.com for assistance.

4. Once you complete your subscription purchase on the site, please wait 30 minutes before activating your WellBe Pendant.
