Pendant Trouble Shooting
No Activation Code
In order to register your WellBe Pendant you will need an activation code. To get an activation code, turn on the pendant (hold the on button on the top left of the pendant for one minute)
If you hear this message The Internet connection appears to be offline. Please try again. please do the following:
1. Confirm you have purchased a subscription. After you purchase a subscription, please wait 30 minutes before trying to get a code.
2. Restart the Pendant by turning it off. To do so, press BOTH the start button (top left side of the pendant) and SOS Button (large button on front of pendant) at the same time and holding for 3-4 seconds until the pedant turns off (no lights blinking). Then turn it back on by holding the on button (top left button on the side) for 1 second.
4. If you still cannot get an activation code, please contact customer support at email@example.com
No Serial Number on Box
In order to purchase a subscription for your WellBe Pendant, you will need the Pendant’s serial number. This can be found on a sticker on the side of the Pendant box. The serial number starts with 230P and ends with H. If you cannot find the serial number or it isn't legible, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
